Warts are irritating and many people get worried when they see them growing on their skin. There are many simple and natural ways to remove warts from your skin. Surgical treatments and scrapping them off with knives are mere horrible ideas for many people.  There is no need to get either painful surgical treatments or expensive ways of removing them. There are a lot of remedies which are natural, safer and even quicker.

Here are some of those simple home remedies that can be easily applied to skin warts to get rid of them.

1.  Apple Cider Vinegar and Warm Water

Soak the affected area in warm water to soften the warts. After these have been soaked well, wipe them off with a clean towel and let them get dried completely. Take some apple cider vinegar, preferably the organic one with mother in it and apply the ACV directly using a cotton ball and let the warts soak. Leave it for around 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Aspirin Paste

Crush a few tablets of aspirin into powder. Add a few drops of water to make it a paste. Apple the paste twice a day, once in the morning and once before going to bed.

3. Castor Oil and Baking Soda

This is a classic remedy and a fire sure way to treat skin tags, moles and warts. Mix a table spoon of castor oil and baking soda to make a thick paste. Apply the paste to the affected and secure with band aid. Apply twice a day especially before going to bed.

If you, for some reason, cannot find castor oil, you can use water as a substitute. However, the castor oil and baking soda option is far more effective.

4. Feel the Banana Peel

This is a very good natural and home based remedy for the treatment of plantar warts. Apply the pulp of raw or ripe banana directly on the warts and secure it with a bandage or band aid.

5. Feed them With Cashews

Chew some cashews and then apply the paste to the warts. Repeat twice a day and you will see wonderful results in about 3 to 4 weeks.

6. Rub with Dandelion Stem

Dandelion is known to work very effectively on warts. Rub the dandelion stem on the area and repeat twice a day for three to four weeks.

7. Turn to Antiquity

Garlic has been known for its therapeutic effects since the ancient times. It is a natural anti biotic and anti viral medicine. Apply crushed garlic to the warts three times a day and the warts will completely disappear.  Make sure you do not apply the garlic to the healthy part of the skin as it may cause blisters.
